Designing livable luxury through timeless designs to enhance your lifestyle

10/16/2026

A little peek into a day in the life of an interior designer… 🤍

Site visits, vendor meetings, client meetings, sourcing, deliveries, design decisions… and a quick snack whenever I can squeeze one in! 😂

There’s rarely a “typical” day, and somehow I’m always running on coffee, lists and a little bit of organised chaos. ✨

Wouldn’t have it any other way though. 🤍

Major progress at Creekwalk Coastal! 🌊✨

Things are coming together beautifully with tile, flooring, and stunning large-format porcelain now installed! We’re loving seeing all the carefully selected materials come to life and watching this coastal-inspired primary bathroom transformation take shape.

Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the final reveal! 🤍

Two years of hard work, from the ground up, all wrapped up in 15 seconds! ✨

Our Woodside Park Project has been one of our biggest projects to date, and what a journey it’s been! From the very first plans to watching this 12,000 sq ft home come to life, it’s been countless hours of hard work, incredible teamwork, a whole lot of sweat, and perhaps even a few tears along the way!

Seeing the transformation from the ground up makes every moment worth it, and we’re still absolutely obsessed with how beautifully it all came together. 🤍

A huge project, an incredible journey, and a home we’re so proud to have been a part of creating! ✨

A little everyday luxury, tucked away in our Woodside Park Custom Build. 🤍✨

From the glossy herringbone backsplash and warm brass accents to the bespoke pet feeding station and clever pull-out pantry drawers for the children’s snacks, every detail has been thoughtfully considered.

Because even the most hardworking spaces deserve a touch of elegance. 🐾🤍

Sometimes you just need to take a mental walk… preferably through rows of gorgeous stone slabs. 😂🤍

The Legacy Lake House | Living Room Selections 🤎
A little preview of the heart of the home…

Soft, layered neutrals, warm wood tones, aged brass and rich, grounding textures come together to create a living room that feels elevated yet completely inviting.

We wanted this space to feel collected rather than overly styled, beautiful enough to make a statement, but comfortable enough for everyday living.

Because the best living rooms aren’t just designed to be looked at… they’re designed to be lived in. ✨

And this one is going to be something special. 🤎

A little look back at Spring High Point Market before we do it all over again. ✨

There’s nothing quite like days filled with beautiful design, endless inspiration, new finds, and connecting with some of our favorite brands.

Spring Market gave us so much inspiration, and now we’re officially counting down the days until we’re back for Fall Market! 🍂🤎

High Point, we’ll see you soon!

A little behind the scenes of something BIG. 👀✨

We’ve been keeping a little secret… MK Interior Design has a new studio! 🤍

It may be a work in progress right now, but watching this space come together has been so exciting. From demo days to design decisions (and all the beautiful details still to come), we’re creating a space that feels perfectly us.

There’s still plenty of work to do, but it’s already coming together better than we imagined. We can’t wait to bring you along for the transformation and share the finished studio with you!

Consider this your first sneak peek… more coming soon. 🖤

The glamorous side of interior design they don’t show you. 😂

One minute I’m choosing gorgeous fabrics, lighting, and finishes… the next I’m standing in a random parking lot answering emails, tracking orders, checking measurements, and wondering why no one is answering me. 🤣

Owning a design business is basically 20% pretty things and 80% “let me just check one more thing on my phone.”
Wouldn’t trade it though. 🤍
