Matching everything might feel like the safe choice, but it rarely makes for the most interesting room.

The secret is finding the connection, shared undertones, complementary tones, layers of texture and just enough contrast to keep things interesting.

Your colours don’t need to be identical to work beautifully together. In fact, it’s often the unexpected combinations that give a space its personality.

A home should feel collected, considered and completely yours, not perfectly matched.

A day in the life of an interior designer… isn’t quite as glamorous as Instagram might have you believe. 😅

Yes, there are beautiful fabrics, gorgeous finishes and perfectly styled rooms, but behind all of that? Emails, phone calls, site visits, deliveries, measurements, last-minute changes and a LOT of problem solving.

Our job is to manage all of those little details (and the occasional bit of chaos!) so that by the time you see the finished space, it simply feels effortless.

And yes… we do occasionally get to sit down with a cup of tea. ☕️

Because somehow a quick visit turns into phone calls, deliveries, measurements, installer questions… and rearranging something that was already perfectly arranged.

A little bit of clever planning goes a long way.

We designed this pool bathroom with its own entrance, giving family and guests easy access from the pool without having to traipse through the house with wet feet and towels.

Plenty of storage, durable finishes and everything you need for a quick trip to the loo or to freshen up, whilst still feeling just as considered as the rest of the home.

Practical, beautiful and designed around how the family actually lives.

It’s all in the details.

I love how the different textures in this kitchen work together, from the handmade-look tile and beautiful stone to the soft window treatment and warm brass.

Everything has its own moment, but nothing is fighting for attention.

Proof that a neutral palette certainly doesn’t have to be boring.
