Hello lovely followers! We are so sad that summer is over, but the fall and winter are our jam! We are working hard over here at Nana K's to come up with new and exciting drops for the next few months! We have updated our shop policies to help keep things running smoothly and making sure all of our customers are 100% happy! Please take a moment and read of the policy update below!
Nana K’s Kreations Policy Update
Please know that at this time Nana K has gone back to school to complete her nursing degree, while our shop is still open and running we have had to update our policies to make sure things run smoothly, and Nana K has time to complete all projects as well as her school work! This also means response times to messages will be a little longer than in the past, we will strive to answer all messages before the end of each day, but guarantee a response within 24 hours! Thank you so much for your understanding!
1. For all orders please head over to our Etsy shop to browse and complete your purchase! Local pickups can still be done for the Mooresville area, simply include that in the comments section when making your purchase.
2. Custom Orders need to be placed through our Etsy shop as well, select the type of custom product you would like, ei. T shirt, wood sign, birthday banner, etc, and leave instructions and a valid email address for us to contact you with any questions or concerns. We will reach out to you with specifics and mockups for your approval soon!
3. Last minute custom orders or order with very quick turnaround times, meaning orders that need to be completed and delivered within 3 business days will have a $5 fee added to the total.
4. Nana K’s will still allow our fabulous clients to drop off items to be customized, but please drop them off in the timeline agreed upon so your items can be ready for your agreed upon pickup date! We get that life happens, please inform us of any changes to schedules to make sure we can accomodate. If an item is dropped off late, but the pickup date cannot change a $5 fee will be added to your total.
5. Complaints, Returns, or Remakes need to be brought to Nana K’s attention ASAP. We strive very hard to make sure everyone absolutely loves our products, but mistakes are sometimes made! Please come to us with any questions, concerns, or issues so we can fix the problem for you before it is too late. All mockups and proofs will be sent to you prior to completing the project to make sure you are happy with the final outcome.
6. Pre-orders: This year we are going to be doing pre-orders for customized holiday shirts, Halloween candy saks, etc. We will be supplying and making the shirts based This will ensure that everyone gets the highest quality item in the shortest turnaround time possible.
