LIGHTING IS EVERYTHING! ✨ | High Point Market

One of our favorite stops at Market? Visual Comfort & Co. !

Lighting is so much more than illumination. It’s the jewelry of a room, the architectural statement, the finishing touch that can take a space from beautiful to absolutely unforgettable.

From sculptural chandeliers and dramatic pendants to sophisticated sconces and statement-making fixtures, Visual Comfort continues to remind us why lighting should NEVER be an afterthought.

At CBB Design Firm, we believe the right lighting can completely transform a space. It’s about layering light, mixing materials, playing with scale, and finding that perfect piece that brings the entire design together.

And this season? We’re loving the bold silhouettes, beautiful finishes, and lighting that doubles as art!

Because great design deserves GREAT lighting.

🏡 HELP US BUILD A HOME WITHOUT BARRIERS 🏡

This year, CBB Design Firm is honored to take on a very special pro bono project for a local family, Marny and Joseph Pritchard.

Their home needs critical renovations to make it safe, accessible and ADA-compliant—and we are rallying our community to help make it happen. Our goal is to raise $45,000 to cover the materials and skilled labor needed to complete this transformation.

CBB Design Firm is donating our design services and finishes, but we need local businesses, contractors, vendors and neighbors to join us.

You can help by:

• Making a financial contribution
• Donating building materials, fixtures or furnishings
• Providing skilled labor or professional services
• Sharing this post and helping us reach the right people

Every donation—large or small—will help give Marny and Joseph something every family deserves: a home that supports their safety, independence and everyday life.

This project will also become the beginning of an annual CBB Design Firm initiative. Each year, we plan to select a local family whose home needs accessibility improvements and bring our community together to help create a safer, more functional place for them to live.

Our community has always shown up when it matters. Let’s show the Pritchard family just how much love can be built into a home🤍

To donate, volunteer or contribute materials, please contact Colleen Bennett or visit https://gofund.me/dfec19405 .

Please share, tag a business that may be able to help and join us in making this home possible.

CBB Design Firm is thrilled to be featured by Glamour, sharing which affordable home improvements can make the biggest impact.

From flooring and lighting to paint, paneling, and the little “jewelry pieces” that transform a room, great design isn’t always about spending more—it’s about knowing where your investment matters most.

We are incredibly honored to share our advice with Glamour readers and proud to represent our little corner of North Carolina! ❤️
