Let’s talk about customer service.
Yesterday, we had a first time customer place an order with us. While we were talking, she complimented our arrangements and then said something that stuck with me:
“You have amazing reviews, by the way. That’s one of the main reasons I picked you.”
And THAT is why customer service matters so much to us.
We can make the prettiest flowers in the world, but how we treat people matters just as much as what leaves our shop.
We pride ourselves on listening to what our customers actually want, being honest, taking care of the little details, and making people feel taken care of from the moment they call until the flowers are delivered.
Those Google reviews aren’t just stars on a screen. They’re someone telling the next person, “You can trust them.” Yesterday, they brought a brand new customer through our door.
