For this one-pan cookie skillet, the MultiClad Pro Triple Ply Stainless Cookware 8’’ Skillet was the perfect size!
It has a professional triple-ply construction with a core of pure aluminum bonded to a stainless steel interior and a brushed stainless exterior. This construction helps maintain even heat distribution along the bottom and side walls of the cookware, eliminating hotspots.

Smores Cookie Skillet
Gluten free, dairy free option
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter or vegan butter
3/4 cup gluten free flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips or dairy free chips
½ cup marshmallows
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Add butter to the pan and let it melt.
Turn off the heat.
Add in remaining ingredients and mix together.
Top with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Add to oven and bake for 25 mins
