Project side hustle is trying something new! This sweet baby blanket was made for a 2020 blessing. The measurements are 32in. X 32in. with fringe.

So, I love wine! But, didn’t really have a place to display or put bottles. I found this piece and knew I could definitely use it at home! The outside (oops - forgot to take a before picture) was dark cherry like the inside of the cabinet but I thought to make it a bit brighter. Two coats of Valspar paint with primer and a top coat of polycrylic later, I am super happy with the result! Cheers!

What a fun project! I had been seeing all of the neat geometric triangle patterns all over Pinterest and needed to try it myself! Listen folks, if you’re ever going to do detailed line work, FrogTape is the way to go! I’ll never use anything else! So happy with how this 6-drawer dresser turned out.

Another project complete! I have the most amazing friend that trusted me with refurbishing a desk she had recently found. She was looking for something a little farmhouse/beachy/chic with a little glam! I used Dixie Belle Paint Company chalk paint for the base and hit the edges with a bit of sandpaper to distress it. The inside of the drawers was Rust-Oleum metallic paint for a bit of glam. The hardware is original! Cleaned it up with a vinegar, salt and flour mixture. So pleased with the result!

Office complete! So excited to have found this gem on Facebook marketplace. This huge cherry desk needed quite a bit of elbow grease (see the before picture)! The base needed three coats of paint with primer and the top was sanded, stained with Old English Minwax to bring out the cherry tones and sealed with Polycrylic. Now onto some more more fun projects!
