This downtown Durham apartment building is quite old and has these old steel sashes, the glass units are failed and I'll need to be replaced. Stay tuned for the transformation.

Well, worked hard on this one today however, we're gonna have to get another door. The walls outages were so great that the fitment of the door would be not appealing and needs to change. Not to worry that's not gonna be additional cost to anybody. It's something that we just take care of. It's all part of the making sure to meet expectation set is met.
