Let’s talk Cookies & Creme!

Like all my flavors, Cookies & Creme is made with gluten free ingredients, and there’s a little thought behind each one.

The base starts with organic sprouted oats and brown rice crisps, raw honey, pure vanilla extract, Irish butter, and homemade brown sugar using organic cane sugar and molasses.

Then come the Glutino Chocolate Vanilla Creme sandwich cookies! They’re certified gluten free, Non-GMO Project Verified, and made without artificial colors or preservatives.

And that blue topping? I make it myself by grinding organic cane sugar with blue butterfly pea powder, a natural coloring made from flowers. I was curious about using something different to add a little color, and I loved how it turned out!

Let’s talk Caramel Chocolate Chip!

Did you know all my granola bites are made with gluten free ingredients?

Organic sprouted oats and brown rice crisps, Enjoy Life chocolate chips, raw honey, pure vanilla extract, and Irish butter.

Even the brown sugar is homemade using organic cane sugar and molasses!

And the caramel? Béquet handcrafted butter caramel with sea salt.

I’ve learned that homemade doesn’t automatically mean better ingredients. You still have to pay attention to what goes into it!

Spent the week exploring New York and getting to watch my niece say yes to her wedding dress 🥹

It’s been a little quiet over here lately… life has been busy busy (PTO season has been no joke 😅), but behind the scenes, the kitchen has still been moving!
