What has been the most challenging thing for you as a small business owner if you are one?! I’d love to hear!

Warning long drawn out story ahead‼️For me it’s that I focus on the 1% more than the 99%! Throughout my business years I have tried so hard so hard to maintain 5/5 status! I have over 1000 5⭐️reviews but those low star reviews kill me! They steal my mojo! They make me feel truly heartbroken… and I have tried so hard to not let it bother me too much, and focus on the good! It’s still 6 years in hard though every time a review pops up I look through one eye closed.. my listings are brutally honest and most reviews say better than expected bc I purposefully undersell and over deliver 😂 I think my plea to buyers is reach out to the human running the small business first and talk to them… and to the business owners if you are honest and hardworking this work is so awesome,but sometimes it’s not about you it may even be what the customer personally is going through and we can’t solve it all we just have to keep doing the work we do and love!💕
