I don't normally provide reviews on products that I purchase, but I wanted to provide insight into my experiences with Biketronics, their products, and their exceptional customer service.
I purchased a 2021 Harley-Davidson Streetglide last April, and other than the horrible stereo system I was overall satisfied with my bike. Since I am an old guy with hearing loss, and a desire to listen to rock music when I ride it was necessary to upgrade Harleys mediocre stereo system.
As I began to research speakers and amps I became aware of Biketronics. Being an Idaho resident it was a no-brainer to purchase from an Idaho based company. Moreover, your products are built by Americans for American motorcycles.
After calling Biketronics a knowledgeable employee suggested which speakers and Amp to install in my Streetglide. My stereo equipment arrived quickly and was packaged securely. Your website suggests that your Amp and speakers are "plug and play" and that is true. I did not have to cut or splice one wire, unlike most aftermarket stereo installs.
Except for a few hiccups, my install experience was overall painless. And, when I had any questions, answers were only a phone call away.
Now for the review. After my stereo was flashed by a local bike shop that you located for me, I had the opportunity to put my Amp and speakers thru their paces. I can honestly say that I am completely overwhelmed by the sound quality, and the rock concert that is taking place between my handle bars. I have gone on two long rides wearing both a full face and three quarter helmet, and with both helmets I had no trouble hearing my music. Today, I was going 100 MPH and still did not have any trouble hearing my music. In fact, for the first time ever on a motorcycle I found myself turning down the volume. I could not be happier with my purchase, and the support that I received from Biketronics.
