So, I've been having a time with my XTool DX1 while trying to do a special order. I've been in contact with the company, and they have done their best to help me troubleshoot. But troubleshooting by email is not the most conducive to getting an issue with a machine fixed. FINALLY after working through ALL the possibilities, I found the problem. Teenie-tiny screws that hold a gear onto the axle on the x-axis stepper motor. Who would have thought something so small would cause such horrific problems!
