We WILL be OPEN during fair week. Tues through Friday 10am to 6PM. Saturday we will Open at 9am to 2 pm to support our special Farm Market on the square here in Mt Gilead.

From the days of growing up to her last day, loved this beautiful woman. The days of Hee Haw, Porter Wagner, The Grand Ol Opera, Kenny Rodgers, Conway and Tammy, Loretta, Patsy, Billy Rae, Kid Rock, Reba and so many more, she shined through them all. We all knew Dolly for her beautiful voice, her kindness and Love for all of us! She loved life. Something we can all learn from. Heaven just received our Angel on Earth . Prayers to her family .

Welcome to our brand-new series where we shine a light on the heart and soul behind Dry Ridge Creations & Mercantile!

To kick things off, we’re starting right at the beginning with our owner, Tamara!

After more than 30 years in corporate executive HR and personnel, Tamara brought her passion for community, nature-inspired finds, and local artistry home to Morrow County—where she raised her six children. Dry Ridge Creations was born out of her lifelong dream to create a warm, welcoming haven that nurtures small businesses and celebrates "the art of the find."

From custom decor and floral preservation to curated vintage treasures, Tamara’s vision is all about blending local charm with heartfelt artistry.

Stay tuned as we feature the absolutely incredible small businesses and talent that make up our mercantile family!
