⭐ 5-Star Review – Red Lobster, Green Acres Mall (Valley Stream, NY) ⭐

Red Lobster at Green Acres Mall absolutely delivered tonight — this location stays underrated, but they are on their game. The energy was warm, the service was sharp, and the food came out fresh and flavorful.

A huge shoutout to Marilyn, our waitress — an absolute doll. Super accomplished, extremely attentive, and genuinely one of the sweetest, most professional servers I’ve had in a long time. She made everything effortless from start to finish, and she absolutely deserved the $30 cash tip we gave her on top of our dinner total.

Cocktail

Started with the NEW! Guava Chili Margarita ($14.99). Espolòn Blanco, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, guava, fresh lime, and that bold Tajín rim. 310 calories of sweet heat perfection. They even offer a non-spicy version with a sugar rim — but honestly, go for the Tajín kick.

Starters
• Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms ($14.49) – Six perfectly baked, savory, creamy bites.
• Bacon-Wrapped Sea Scallops – smoky, buttery, and ridiculously addictive.

Dinner
• Walt’s Favorite Shrimp (260 cal) – Iconic, light, crispy, and golden.
• Garlic Shrimp Scampi ($18.99, 440 cal) – That signature garlic scampi sauce is everything. Rich, garlicky, and perfect.

Total & Tip

Dinner came to $125.92, and we added a well-deserved $30 cash tip for Marilyn because she was truly outstanding.

Overall

This Green Acres Red Lobster is consistent, friendly, and professional from the moment you walk in. The staff takes pride in what they do, the plates come out hot and flavorful, and the overall experience is exactly why people still love Red Lobster.

Highly recommend — and yes, I’ll be back. ✔️

Today, I pause with deep gratitude and respect for the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve this country. Veterans Day isn’t just a date on the calendar — it’s a reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and quiet strength of those who answered the call when freedom needed defending.

To every veteran — thank you. Thank you for your unwavering commitment, for the sleepless nights, for the time spent away from family, and for standing tall so the rest of us could live in peace. The weight you’ve carried allows us to walk freely every single day.

I honor not only those who wore the uniform, but also the families who stood beside them — the spouses, parents, children, and loved ones who supported their heroes with faith and resilience. Your strength makes their service possible.

Today and every day, I’m reminded that gratitude means more than words — it’s about recognizing the sacrifices that protect our everyday freedoms and living in a way that honors them.
