Lamps from the Attic

Lamps from the Attic We look for odd and unusual items that have history and a story to tell. Then we take it to the shop After that, I take my wife and the grand-kids fishing.

Life can be summed up as serving others and God by using the skills and talents with which I have been blessed... And then the fun begins... So we go looking for some strange item in a yard sale, break it all down and add a few more parts, turn it into a lamp and try to sell it. Life doesn't get any better than that...

After years of being a high school Tech Ed Teacher a seeing some really strang

e projects, I have found this great way to re-cycle and up-cycle and take a new look at old stuff... Lamps... If it can sit on the table and bring back an old family memory, then my wife and I can probably make a lamp out of it. You might have a treasured item that has been in the back of your closet or up in the attic that you would like to bring out and show off a little bit. Do you still have that special toy you used to play with when you went to visit Grandma? Maybe it is broken or missing some parts, but you just cannot make yourself throw it away. Well, DON'T... It may be an antique, but valuable only to you and your family. Think about sending a picture of it to us and we'll see if we can make a real conversation piece out of it. This is not a restoration shop, just more of a modification shop that will touch your heart.
