BRENTWOOD HOME DONE!!!! Between the lovely pink room and I mean PINK from the trim to the doors to the windows (bet youre wanting to say TO THE WALLS lol) and even the closet, that was not an easy task. Then the mudding of the entire bathroom..... which I was really proud of! The master bedroom also got a face lift. This was no easy project to tackle alone but i did it and it looks great! I posted some pics a while back of the big stairwell and upstairs Hall with all new paint. I'm really pleased with the outcome of this job and the homeowner is too ☺️

My sweet dad always sends me those "I'm checking in on you cause I know you're going through a lot but don't want to treat you like you're 16 but I'll give you the world if you need it" kind of texts earlier and then says oh and send us a selfie with an I Love You Daddy smile. 1 minute later as I'm taking selfie I get "Remember, an I love you daddy smile"

He loves it cause he says im not sucking my cheeks in and doing that "weird lip thing all these girls do" 🤣🤣

Finished the main upstairs hall and stairwell and all the doors and framing on this Brentwood home. Benjamin Moore's Revere Pewter will never go out of style! It's a great choice for a neutral wall color and it pairs great with Porters classic White Umber on the trim. It's best to go with calm neutral colors when selling your home like we did here. You'd be surprised how much color can effect the mood.

A lot of you remember when I first decided to open a small business back in 2012 with this crazy name Perfectly Picky (which actually has a cute story behind it). So many of you supported me whether you hired me for a paint job, or a cabinet makeover, and we can't ever forget the infamous wooden signs! You guys helped me become so successful and I want to thank you. For about a month now this nagging little voice in my head keeps saying "girl you need to open that business back up. Remember how happy you were?" Then my son says "mom remember when you were doing your Perfectly Picky thing and you were so happy?" And then I even start getting random messages from people inquiring about hiring me for a paint job....so I guess it's safe to say that little nagging voice is probably God smacking me right in the face saying "Casey wake up my dear, it's your time!" I usually think it's best to listen to him anyways. Listening to myself doesn't always turn out to hot 😜
