Last night, we had the privilege of attending Star Gospel Mission’s World Homeless Day Gala, an evening that reminded us just how special the Charleston community is and what we can accomplish when we come together for something bigger than ourselves.
At PWD, we believe deeply in the meaning of home, which is why being able to play even a small part in Star Gospel Mission’s work is such an honor. Alongside Friends of Morning Light and Welch Custom Homes, we are helping bring a new transitional home for women and children to life, creating a place where families in our own Charleston community can find safety, stability, dignity, and the opportunity for a new beginning.
Charleston has given us so much, and we feel incredibly fortunate to be in a position to give something back through the work we love. We are especially grateful to the generous vendors, partners, and friends who have stepped up to help make this project possible.
Thank you, Star Gospel Mission, for the extraordinary work you do for our neighbors and for allowing us to be a small part of your mission. We are so proud to call Charleston home and even prouder to be part of a community that shows up for one another. 🤍
