Homemade kopytka with a cheesy twist š„āØ
Simple ingredients, messy hands, and the best kind of memories.

š„ Simple Kopytka (Potato Dumplings) with Farmer Cheese
Soft, tender dumplings you can serve sweet or savory.
š Ingredients
2 cups mashed potatoes (cooled, smooth)
1 cup farmer cheese (crumbled)
1 egg
1ā1½ cups gluten free flour (Iāve got my go-to flour in my Amazon store)
Pinch of salt
š©āš³ Instructions
1. Make the dough
Mix potatoes, farmer cheese, egg, and salt.
Add flour gradually until you get a soft, slightly sticky dough.
2. Shape
Roll into ropes on a floured surface and cut into small pieces (classic kopytka shape).
3. Cook
Boil in salted water. Once they float, cook 1ā2 minutes more, then remove.

Sweet (like I made): butter + sprinkle of sugar (I use coconut sugarālinked in my Amazon store) š¤
Savory: perfect as a side with meat or sautƩed veggies
