Relighting a parking garage or wash bay? Three specs decide the order.

1) Rating. IP65 covers damp areas and normal hose-downs. Wash bays and heavy spray call for IP66, and NEMA 4X where chemicals or salt are around.
2) Output. Match lumens, not lamp count. A selectable 4ft v***rtight can be set to 30, 40, or 50W on site, so one SKU covers a mixed job.
3) Controls. Garage levels and stair towers sit empty most of the night. Choose a built-in motion sensor, a sensor-ready fixture, or a sensor plus 90-minute battery backup.

How a wall pack quote works at LeanLight.

Send us five things:
1) Fixture count
2) Old lamp wattage (off the lamp or ballast label)
3) Mounting height
4) Voltage: 120V or 277V
5) How the lights switch today: photocell, time clock, or EMS

We send back a matched SKU, the pack size, and project pricing. For a row of man-doors, that might be the Halco SKWP-26-FS-U mini wall pack: 26W, about 3,400 lumens, 3000/4000/5000K selectable, an integral photocell you can disable, 120-277V, IP65, sold in 5-packs.

In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM ET usually ship the same business day from Mount Vernon, Georgia.

Before you order a box of LED wall packs, answer three questions.

1) Does the site need full cutoff? Near homes, a property line, or a city lighting ordinance, a traditional glass-box head can throw too much glare. Ask for the BUG rating on the spec sheet.
2) What was on the wall? Match lumens, not HID watts. A 250–320W metal halide head is an 80W LED job, for example the LeanLight WP-LED-TM-80-8CSB (10,955–11,925 lm, 3000/4000/5000K selectable).
3) What turns it on? Built-in photocell, time clock, or EMS. Pick one. Two controls in series is a common reason a new wall pack won't come on.

Robert Hicks wrote up the full HID swap table, CCT notes, and in-stock Keystone, Euri, and LeanLight SKUs:

LED high bays cut the wattage. Occupancy sensors cut the hours.

Aisles, storage, and docks do not need full light all shift. Fixture-mount high-bay PIR sensors (Leviton OSFHU-ITW and similar) commonly drop run time another 20–40% after the LED retrofit — especially when paired with 0–10V dimmable high bays that go to a low level instead of hard off.

We stock the sensors and the high bays. Same Georgia warehouse, free contiguous-U.S. shipping, volume discounts, project quotes.

Most T8 retrofit callbacks start the same way: the tube type on the box does not match how the fixture is wired.

Type A = plug-and-play on a compatible electronic ballast. Fastest swap while the ballast is healthy.
Type B = ballast bypass. Wire sockets to 120–277V line voltage. Removes the ballast as a future failure point.
Type A+B hybrid = run as Type A now, bypass later when the ballast dies.

Pick the UL type first. Then pick watts, CCT, and pack size. We stock contractor packs from Keystone and Sylvania / LEDVANCE.
