🚨 HELP WANTED – SUNSHINE FLOORING 🚨
We’re looking to bring on an experienced flooring sales professional to join our team.
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who knows the trade, understands products, and can confidently guide customers from selection to sale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Work directly with customers on flooring selections
• Measure, estimate, and close sales
• Recommend the right products based on job and budget
• Coordinate with install teams to keep projects moving
• Prepare estimates using Joist (must know or be willing to learn)
💼 What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in flooring sales (hardwood, LVP, tile, carpet, etc.)
• Strong product knowledge and ability to sell with confidence
• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must know or be willing to learn Joist estimating software
• Reliable and professional
💰 Compensation:
• Base pay + commission
• Strong earning potential for the right person
