Did you know? Not all rush seating is the same!

Natural rush is made from plant fibers and woven by hand to crest the distinctive seats found on many antique and traditional chairs.

Unlike manufactured fiber rush, natural rush has subtle variations in color and texture, giving each seat its own unique character.

At Maxwell’s Furniture Restoration, we specialize in traditional chair seating techniques, including natural rush, fiber rush, and chair caning. All done on site!
