Got this door done just in time before all the temperatures drop. This was one of my first times using Fine Paints of Europe and wow did this turn out amazing. The only large draw back is this is oil base if you know me you know why I am not an oil based fan.

I teamed up with Renz Construction to restore and preserve this original staircase in a home in Milwaukee.

This transformation took time, patience, and plenty of detailed work—but look at the result! So rewarding to bring this staircase back to life while preserving the home’s original character.

Happy National trades(men) Women Day
From 17 years old to now—this craft has been a huge part of who I am.

I’ve learned from incredible people, put in the hours, made mistakes, built confidence, and found so much pride in working with my hands. Being a woman in the trades has never been about proving I belong—it’s been about showing up, learning the craft, and doing work I’m proud to put my name on.

Here’s to the women who build, repair, refinish, create, problem-solve, and make things better every day. We belong here. 🤎
