It’s hard for us to realize that it’s ok to just survive the day sometimes. There are days we don’t feel like we are being productive or “lazy” but in reality, we are giving ourselves and our brains a break. And that’s ok.

So, If all you did today was Breathe and survive, I’m proud of you for getting through it. 🖤

Around 5.4 million people in the US are autistic.
One in 54 American children is autistic.
There is a 13% prevalence of sleep disorder in autistic people.

It is Child Abuse Prevention Month
Child abuse happens in every culture, religion and walk of life. Know the signs and help prevent it.

It's estimated that at least 1 in 7 children in the US has experienced child abuse and/or neglect in the past year.

Please remember to light it up red for autism acceptance and blue for child abuse prevention all month long.

Hello everyone! I know it’s a bit lengthy but please read! 🖤

I have some pretty important shop announcements for this upcoming month!!!!!

I have two VERY VERY dear to my heart journeys going on right now.

Two of my closest friends are trying to raise money to achieve very important things.

The first is Adopting Little Miss Katarina If you don’t know their story please check it out! Katarina is a joyful, intelligent and beautiful little soul who is being raised by one of the best mommas I know. Now they want to make things official legally.

The next is Tamara Jo Waters and her husband! They have a beautiful and heart breaking journey and it’s close to my heart because I have had some of the same struggles personally. I won’t tell her story for her because it is a personal one!

However, APK is coming together with both of these causes and donating $5 to EACH cause PER ORDER made from APK Design Company from today until the 1st of May. I want to help them both reach their goals and help complete two families in the best way I can but I need your help to do so!
