We're growing and looking for an experienced Lead Low Voltage Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities include:
🔹 Installing and troubleshooting audio/video systems
🔹 Low-voltage wiring and cable termination
🔹 Networking and data systems
🔹 Security systems
🔹 Reading blueprints and technical drawings
🔹 Leading installation projects
🔹 Control4 programming experience is a plus

Qualifications:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of low-voltage installation experience (or equivalent hands-on training)
✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills
✔️ Professional attitude and excellent customer service
✔️ Valid driver's license
✔️ Ability to pass a background check
✔️ Ability to lift equipment and work in a physically active environment

We are searching for a full time Audio/Video Technician to provide on-site installation services and support of basic to complex audio and video systems for our residential and commercial based clientele.

Skills/Qualifications: Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. Experience in the AV industry is highly preferred. Control4 experience is highly desired but not necessary. For you to be considered you must submit professional references and a resume. Some specialty tools will be provided as needed. Must be able to provide identification and pass a criminal background check. A valid Driver’s License is a requirement. Must have a basic understanding of home construction.

Job Description:

* Responsible for AV cabling installation, hardware and equipment installation, rack mounting AV equipment, upgrade, service, and repair according to quality standards and company policy and procedures. Will initially work with a Senior Installation Tech and eventually will be expected to be able to initiate and complete jobs with minimal technical direction.
* Able to climb stairs and ladders and carry tools and equipment necessary for each job
* Must be capable of performing complete on site surveys of client premises, including taking accurate measurements
* Mechanical aptitude and thorough knowledge of and experience with using hand and power tools.
* Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working on scissor lifts at heights of more than 15ft.
* Available to work during non-business hours as needed. Hours may require some evening and weekend availability on an infrequent basis.
* Must submit complete and accurate paperwork in a timely manner. This includes job sign offs, accurate reporting of mileage and detailed description of work completed on a daily basis
* Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment and tools as well as maintain a clean and organized work environment both at the office and in the field.
* Ability to work through obstacles and make decisions to complete on-site tasks.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure when necessary.
* Understanding of the importance of a neat professional appearance and representation of the corporate image at all times.

Job Type: Fulll Time
