It's Fun Flooring Fact Friday!

Did you know there are 3 main different kinds of carpet?
▪︎ Polyester, which is best known for stain resistance
▪︎ Nylon, which is best known for holding up to wear and tear
▪︎ Wool, which is best known for being Fire Retardant and Hypoallergenic

Each of these can vary in price and be good for different settings. Most carpet manufacturers will place a stain protectant on their carpet fibers as well, making Nylon and Polyester close competitors in the carpet industry.
