Some clarification based on questions I have received 😊 YES we are still doing customs! That's where we started!
Minimums MAY apply if the design is created from scratch and requires extensive design work. The minimum is in lew of a design fee.
Customs will be completed in the order they are received, so please allow ample time. The turnaround time for customs starts after the design is approved and payment is made.

IMPORTANT BUSINESS ANNOUNCEMENT – PLEASE READ – EFFECTIVE SEPT 1, 2026
No worries – we are not closing – just making some changes!
First, we want to say we are extremely grateful for the love shown to our business over the last three years. We never imagined that we would grow to the place we have today. We are in an extremely busy season of life, juggling working full time, raising two very active kids, and running our business. To make work-life balance a bigger priority, we are making a few changes to our business model and how we accept orders.
· Most of our business consists of school and business orders, spirit wear collections, and fundraisers. Therefore, going forward, that will be our focus in order to get these orders out quickly and maintain exceptional quality.
· Custom orders that require extensive design work and mock-ups will have a minimum order of 5 items. **This includes AI generated customer images that require design changes** Designs will be completed in the order they are received. Turn-around time will start once mockups are approved and payment is made.
· Payment is due for custom orders before they are processed. Please note this does not apply to school orders, groups/businesses or fundraisers in which we will agree to payment terms.
· We will only accept orders through our website, through email ([email protected]) or by a direct message to our business page. Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to return your email or message.
· We can no longer accept rush orders. Please note our turn-round time is 7-10 business days.
· We will continue to offer and post new items for spirit wear! Please follow our page so you do not miss a drop!
