In June, we honor Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.
Many men face challenges in silence. This month, we want to remind everyone that it's okay to not be okay, and that reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Poor mental health can make it harder to sleep well, whether thatโs trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up still feeling tired. When sleep is disrupted, it can affect how you feel and function throughout the day.
In the Muskegon area, we are fortunate to have many resources and organizations who are devoted to providing competent, emotionally intelligent, and compassionate mental health care to those in need.

The Mental Health Crisis Helpline 988 is also available 24/7 for support via call or text ๐๐ฑ. We are also here 7 days a week to support your sleep needs, especially when stress, anxiety, or mental health concerns are making it hard to get the rest you need.
If you or someone you know is struggling, know that support is available and help is closer than you may think. ๐ซ
