๐ข A Friendly Reminder About Claimed Items
Lately, we've been having an issue with customers claiming items and then either not picking them up or later deciding they no longer want them.
We understand that plans can change, but when an item is claimed, we remove it from the sales floor and hold it specifically for that customer. When a claimed item is canceled, it isn't fair to other shoppers who may have wanted the item, and it creates a significant amount of extra work for our staff.
Moving forward, we will be a little stricter with our hold policy. If you ask us to pull an item, please be committed to purchasing it. We also ask that items be picked up on the day you tell us you will be coming.
As many of you know, we have very limited space to store held items, and we need that space available for incoming inventory.
