We follow FDA guidelines and use the best quality Vanilla Beans and Alcohol to make out small batch extracts. At this time we are making ALL things Vanilla, Extract, 2 vanilla sugars one for baking and one for beverages and vanilla paste. In home Extracts will have an alcohol taste and smell right from the bottle please taste in whipping cream or milk with a little sugar.
