Back to work today, forgot my pass so locked bike outside Cannon Street station. Left work at 6pm to find just the cut lock and no bike, resigned to never seeing my trusty stead again asked the station if they have cameras. A guy appeared waving at me, asked me to put the code into my cut lock. He replied ‘I have your bike’ with a smile I will never forget!! His name is Abdul Muneeb and he works for South Eastern Railways, he was on a break and saw a guy bolt cut the lock and challenged him to give it back, he then took it inside and waited 4 hours after his shift finished to personally make sure I got my bike back. The world needs more Abdul’s, he is a legend of a man and a credit to his employer.

We could say it until we ran out of air and it still wouldn’t be enough—-we are SO thankful for you. These last 2 years have been so special to us. The chance to work as a mother-daughter trio, the amazing people we met, and the ones we’ve known all along that showed us so much love and support, the beautiful things we all created together, the community, the laughter. Thank you for all of it.

We are having one last goodbye to Haven Place this Thursday at 7pm. We will be providing Italian sodas and butter bars and sending it off in style. We’d love to have you join us!

P.S. we will still be keeping this page up and having lots of fun on social media. We’d love to have you stick with us.

For those who missed the news, we have decided to close Haven Place. It’s been the most wonderful adventure and we are so very thankful for all of you for being here with us along the way.

This coming Saturday, we will be having a big liquidation event from 12pm to 4pm. Craft supplies, decor, packaging, kits and so much more!

We have table and chair seating for 24, a tv for instruction or video, a comfortable seating area with beautiful sofas (and a piano!), and a large oversized marquee board that's perfect for a custom message!
