Recent work for home in WNC near Fontana Lake.
Cabinetry is ash throughout the house.
Dining Table is book matched maple with walnut edging on top, base is painted poplar, mortised together and pegged tenons. Desk is maple top and drawer fronts from same tree as dining table, with a cherry base, pegged mortise and tenons as well. I’ve done a lot of work for this client over the years.

Some recent furniture pieces requested for a home after finishing up the cabinetry.
It’s not often you can find this many boards together from the same tree.
Dining table is maple with a walnut edge and painted poplar base.
Desk is maple top and drawer fronts with a cherry base.
Mirror is cherry to complement the desk.

Joinery in bases are mortise and tenon and glued and pegged together.
