I’m so excited to partner with Good Pantry for an Egg Tray Workshop!

May 2nd
1pm-4pm
Good Pantry, Food City Alleyway

Each guest will make an egg tray using clay and an egg carton former. You will start by rolling out your clay and pressing it into a egg carton. Add your own personal flair to it and pick out your glaze color. COVET will bisque fire, glaze and glaze fire your trays.

You will be notified when the trays are ready for pick up at Good Pantry. Pick up and fill up your tray with Gilardis Family Farms eggs!

This is open to all ages but adult help is required for kids under 7.

Official favorite studio snack goes to THE SPICY FURIKAKE MIX. I’m obsessed with the way spicy and sweet mingle together like best friends with opposite personalities. Somehow they make each other shine!
Grateful to know the wonderful creators of so many small businesses in Napa Valley - such a special place to live and work.

I got so used to streamlined forms, straight lines and edges. I forgot how freeing it is to just let the shape be organically unique. It feels really good to let the clay flow through my fingers without a lot of restraint.

This year is teaching me a lot. On a lot of levels.

Ceramic Wall Shelf workshop this Saturday!

Come create a custom wall shelf with clay. Use it for your keys, display little treasures, hold a candle, bud vase or frame. This is a fun and versatile workshop.

Studio evolution in 2026

The end of 2025 was a bit of a blur but I love the calm after the storm. It’s the perfect time to review and redefine COVET ceramics. While I’m so proud of the growth I experienced in 2025, there is a lot I’d like to change.

With so many lofty goals this year I knew I’d need help. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll have a handful of assistants rotating through the studio. If you join a workshop you will probably have the pleasure of meeting some of these wonderful people.

Having help opens up time to develop my house collections, continue doing custom commission work for wineries, resorts, retail and restaurants, and create a community of like-minded artists.

The studio is getting a little bit of personality as well - finally hanging some art, adding low lighting, and potting some plants (need to make the pots first!) - making the space feel more comfortable and relaxing with each addition.

I hope to see you in the studio soon! Cheers to the potential of wonderful things in the new year.
