Where ideas, inspiration, and beautiful design come together. ✨

Our Naperville design studio is at the heart of what we do at IPD Interiors. It’s where we meet with clients, explore possibilities, compare materials, and bring each design vision to life.

With an extensive resource library and strong relationships with trusted vendors and industry partners, we’re able to stay current on the latest products, materials, finishes, and design solutions, giving our clients access to options that are thoughtfully selected for their individual spaces.

And our work goes far beyond choosing what looks beautiful. We help coordinate the details behind the scenes, from product ordering and scheduling to tracking and working with our preferred partners throughout the process.

It’s all part of creating a design experience that feels personal, organized, and uniquely yours.

Thoughtful design can make a difference in how a space looks, feels, and functions for people and their pets. 🐾 Springbrook Animal Care Center

For this commercial project at Springbrook Animal Care Center in Naperville, IPD Interiors designed spaces throughout the facility, including the lobby, reception area, lab, treatment areas, and exam rooms.

Every detail was considered with sustainability, comfort, durability, and functionality in mind. From wood-look porcelain tile and carefully selected colors to custom reception cabinetry, natural materials, and automated,energy-efficient lighting, the design creates a welcoming and calming environment while meeting the unique demands of a busy animal care facility.

Creating a calming space for pets and their owners while using products that are healthy was the key to success in designing this LEED certified space!

As a LEED Accredited Interior Designer and Certified Feng Shui Practitioner, Joan Kaufman also incorporated sustainable materials and balanced design elements to support a sense of health and well-being throughout the space.

We love looking back at commercial projects like this one and seeing how thoughtful interior design can help a business better serve its clients, its team and in this case, some very special four-legged visitors. 🐶🐱

Great design is always better with a great team behind it. ❤️

Joan is incredibly grateful to have Mya and Macy as part of the IPD Interiors team. From collaborating on ideas to selecting materials and bringing all the details together in the studio, it’s wonderful to share the creative process with the next generation of designers.

We love the energy, creativity, and fresh perspective they bring to the studio and are so thankful to have them learning, creating, and growing alongside us!

Here’s to teamwork, mentorship, and a shared love of beautiful design. ✨

Functional, sophisticated, and filled with natural light. ✨

For this Willoway home in Naperville, the goal was to transform a traditional 1945 kitchen into a brighter, more open space with increased living space, better storage, and a fresh, contemporary feel.

The redesigned kitchen doubled the cabinet storage and introduced an island and peninsula bar, while raised ceilings and a custom maple veneer beam created a greater sense of openness. A new sunroom addition, complete with skylights and views on three sides, brings beautiful natural light throughout the space.

Slate tile, granite countertops, wood details, and accent lighting add warmth and character while keeping the overall design timeless and sophisticated.

The result is a kitchen designed not only to look beautiful, but to make everyday living easier, proof that thoughtful design can completely change the way you experience your home.
