Led by interior designers Gail Rowland and Tracy Rawlings, R&R Interior Design with offices in Naples, Fla., and Dallas, was formed for the sole purpose of designing and creating sorority and fraternity houses on college campuses. ntal offices, daycare centers, and sorority houses. Rawlings, who received her degree in Interior Design from the University of Missouri, has more than 20 years experience in the field, initially working at the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center for the Robert Allen-Beacon Hill Showroom. She later helped launch a 40,000-square-foot wholesaler designer showroom in St. Louis where she served as manager and showroom buyer, traveling both domestically and throughout Asia. She moved to Dallas in 2006 where she continues to do freelance design work. Rowland and Rawlings joined forces in 2012.
