Sight N Sound is a family owned and run business since 2007 and is located in Naples, FL. We are a growing company looking to hire the right person to grow with us. We are looking to hire career-minded, experienced and qualified A/V system technicians and entry level installers for immediate employment. Sight N Sound installs custom audio/video and home automation system and networks in both the residential and commercial markets throughout SWFL focusing on Collier County.
We are looking to hire candidates who have at least 3 years of professional experience in the installation and service of residential and commercial A/V and the Home Automation industry. We sell, service and install, Control4, Savant, Lutron, Marantz and Sony products to name a few. We support and install many other brands.
We are seeking candidates for Full Time and Part Time positions with flexible scheduling Mon-Fri.
Experienced Applicants should have the following in order to be considered for hire.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Audio Video and home theater is required to apply.
• Savant, Control4, Lutron and Networking experience is a plus
• Entry Level positions do not require experience, but is preferred.
• Possess a professional work ethic and can represent our company professionally.
• Clean driving record with reliable transportation to get to Shop every day.
• Pass a drug test and have a clean record with no criminal convictions or felonies.
• Work well with others and be able to work as part of a team.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Have their own professional hand tools and battery drill.
• Understand low voltage terminology, L.V device knowledge, Cable termination types able to read blueprints.
• Physically fit and capable of running cable in new and existing homes and buildings.
• Willingness to constantly learn new concepts, methods and technology.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of setting up audio-video equipment.
• Ability to systematically identify and solve technical problems.
• Understand Control4 & Savant integration framework (Ability to set-up and configure projects using Composer highly desired.)
• Extensive knowledge of networking.
• Extensive knowledge of multi-zone/multi-room wiring.
• Strong work ethic & reliability.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Customer service attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document work and turn in paperwork in a timely manner.
• Alarm Installation experience is a bonus
NOTE: This is a field installation position requiring physical work hanging televisions, Speakers, Cameras, network access points and includes climbing ladders. Please Email your resume or work experience written outline. We will check your references and past employment history.
