We're thrilled to celebrate our Vice President of Design, Dominique Coffman, on being named one of Business Observer's 40 Under 40 honorees. 🎉

This prestigious recognition highlights 40 exceptional leaders across Southwest Florida, from Tampa Bay to Collier County, who have demonstrated outstanding professional achievements, meaningful community impact, and fearless leadership.

Not every colorful home needs bold, statement-making walls. Sometimes, the most impactful use of color is in the details. ✨

In this home, soft pink accents are thoughtfully woven throughout the design, from the patterned bar stools and drapery to the floral arrangements and artwork. Layered against a neutral palette, these touches add personality, warmth, and a sense of continuity throughout the home.

4 homes, 4 completely different stairway styles. 🏠

A staircase does more than connect one floor to another. It sets the tone for the entire home. From warm wood details and classic railings to sleek floating steps and modern lines, stairway design offers an early glimpse into the personality and style of the spaces beyond.

One of the most overlooked design tools is wall art. Beyond filling empty space, the right pieces can reinforce a color palette, create visual balance, and add another layer of texture and interest.

The sculptural wall art mirrors the soft curves, blush tones, and organic patterns found throughout the space making it feel intentional and beautifully curated. 💗
