In the Spring of 2025, we launched "The Small Business Takeover," partnering with the Liberty Center Leadership Program to design, promote and execute a mattress program where 100% of the profits went to charity.

In the Spring of 2027, we want to do a similar project involving a different product type, and to again donate 100% the profits to charity. If you know of someone at Napoleon, Holgate or Patrick Henry High Schools that might be interested in taking on a major challenge and to serve their community, we would love to have a conversation with them.

I will warn you, this project is not for the faint of heart. It requires a tremendous amount of planning and work to execute. This was a college-level project that changed the lives of many involved in the LC community. We are excited to offer this opportunity to another Henry County school for 2027.

Russet Jr. aka RJ2, just completed his first round of mattress nerd training. To our knowledge he is the first couch potato to reach this level of mattress nerd certification. We are excited that Sofa Express allowed RJ2 to participate. Who knows where it will go from here.
