We love these neighbors that are family to our store. What an inspiring and an amazing life they are living . . . Having FUN together. Let’s all be copy cats!
I wanted to post this picture of my family because my wife was the reason we were able to take a chance on opening Thingamabaubles in the first place. Her stable career and incredibly hard work ethic is why we were able to do this at all. My daughter has been the ongoing inspiration, as I’ve told many customers over the years, for opening a toy store. The things that she has loved as a baby, toddler, kiddo, and now pr***en have all influenced what we’ve loved as products. This picture is a very accurate depiction of us. I’m being a goof, my wife is giving me a loving glance, and my daughter is following directions and posing for the camera…
It’s been an emotional week to say the least! I’m so thankful for the kind words and conversations I’ve had. Happy tears, sad tears. Busy moments, quiet moments. I take them all in, and appreciate them for different reasons. I’m a sensitive person, and I feel it all very deeply.
Getting to the point, life is moving so fast right now and lots of things are changing quickly so I’m making an important list of things below to make sure I’m communicating everything to you as clearly as I possibly can:
- A new opportunity has presented itself to me, and because of that the store hours are now changing DRASTICALLY.
- Thingamabaubles will now be open ONLY on Friday & Saturday from 10am-5pm moving forward. That means we are CLOSED from Sunday-Thursday.
- The painting and birthday areas are both CLOSED.
- Lots of fixtures and displays for sale are selling FAST.
- Lots of great deals on random stuff are selling FAST.
- You should stop by SOON and check it out.
- Gift Certificates are NO LONGER FOR SALE, but current ones are still accepted until we close. Please use them!
- Loyalty credit is NO LONGER APPLIED, but current loyalty credit is still active. Please use it!
- All sales are NOW FINAL with NO RETURNS accepted.
- Teachers, faculty, staff, and homeschoolers STILL GET 10% OFF everything as we’ve done for 5 years strong. Mention who you are at before checkout!
