❌ Hardwood can’t go in your kitchen
✅ Take care of it and add rugs in high traffic spots, and it’ll last a lifetime

❌ Luxury vinyl plank looks cheap and fake
✅ It’s perfect for real life with kids, pets, and snowy boots at the door

❌ You can’t put hardwood in a basement
✅ You can, with an engineered platform that handles the moisture down there

❌ Thicker carpet is always better
✅ Not always. The right thickness depends on your lifestyle (puppy parents, you know what we mean)

❌ Tile is too cold for New England
✅ Add a radiant heat system and tile holds warmth better than almost anything in your home
