Inspired by the legacy of the historic May Hosiery Mills sock factory, Nashville artist Sarah Ruth created a vibrant mural celebrating community, nostalgia, and summertime for the pool deck at Memoir May Hosiery ⛱️

It was a treat to transform her original artwork into a permanent porcelain installation - from scanning and mapping the artwork to creating prototypes and producing the final tile, every step was carefully crafted to preserve the authenticity of her brushstrokes and colors while creating a mural built to last.
Together, Sarah Ruth, AJ Capital, and Haustile created more than a tile installation - we created a piece that tells a story.
