A full circle moment for KSA.
Last Friday, Bart Kline joined Mayor Joe Carr, Chairman Jeff Phillips, Commissioner Allen McAdoo, the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, and community leaders to celebrate the kickoff of the renovation of the Rutherford County Administrative Offices building.
Located in the heart of Rutherford County, this transformative project will breathe new life into a building with a meaningful history and an important future ahead.
As Bart shared during the kickoff, “Buildings have stories. This one has a unique one for me.”
About 3 months ago, Bart’s mother, Mary Jenkins-Kline of Rutledge Interiors, was walking through the KSA office when she spotted the set of drawings for the project. She asked, “What are you doing with the old Commerce Bank building? That was my first big commission.”
Now decades later, the Kline family is once again connected to the building. It’s more than a renovation. It’s a full circle moment for a family of designers, and an exciting new chapter for Rutherford County.
