The last two and a half years Franklin Square LLC has been restoring Acorn Cottage building. This was no easy task. The foundation was infested with termites where the entire foundation had to be rebuilt and the building lifted. New roof, repainted, the porch rebuilt, the landscaping and walkways had to be dug out to change the water flow of the terrain to keep water from going into the foundation.

This building has been loved on for decades and a part of historic Brown County. We have been blessed of doing business here for 22 years and with all of the repairs and updates we can continue to do business for 22 more!
