Big news from the workshop! ✨

I am incredibly honored to share that I’ve been selected for the 2026 cohort of Periscope: Artist Entrepreneur Training with the !

If you’ve followed Well Lit Woods for a while, you know how much heart goes into every kerf-cut lamp and wooden box. Now, I’m taking a deep dive into the business side of my practice. Periscope is an intensive program designed to help artists like me build sustainable, thriving creative businesses through expert training and mentorship. 🪵💡

Over the next few months, I’ll be working alongside an amazing group of Nashville artists across all disciplines to sharpen my vision and grow this dream.

It all leads up to the Periscope Pitch + Artist Entrepreneur Showcase this September—and I can’t wait to show you what we’ve been building.

Hey everyone! I wanted to give you a sneak peek at something I’ve been working on—a prototype for my new glasses case! I've taken my signature kerf-cut wood design and paired it with a beautiful cork leather lining, creating a case that's not only stylish but also exceptionally eco-friendly.

I crafted this case from two of my favorite sustainable materials. It combines the durability and natural beauty of wood with the soft, protective, and uniquely textured feel of cork leather. Each piece is designed to snap together, protecting your glasses with a clever and minimal construction.
