2 cups cooked shredded chicken

½ cup smoky BBQ sauce

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

Extra BBQ sauce for dipping (optional)

Directions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with the smoky BBQ sauce until it’s fully coated and mouthwatering.

2️⃣ Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Sprinkle a layer of cheddar cheese on half the tortilla, add a scoop of BBQ chicken, sprinkle in the crispy turkey bacon crumbles if using, and top with a little more cheese. Fold each tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.

Salt & pepper, to taste

1/4 cup mayo

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Pinch of smoked paprika

4 slices crispy turkey bacon (optional, but delicious!)

Directions:
1️⃣ Caramelize the Onions: In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter and add the sliced onions. Cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and golden brown. Set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Patties: Form the ground beef into thin patties and season both sides with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. If using, cook the turkey bacon until crispy on the side.

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

3 tablespoons melted butter

1 clove garlic, minced

½ teaspoon dried parsley

Directions:

In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until fully browned, then drain any excess fat and let the beef cool slightly.

Directions:
