In this carriage house loft, the kitchen and dining nook were small in scale but full of opportunities to layer in warmth and character.

Soft sage millwork, warm wood, brass, and a patterned rug gave the space a collected feel, while the built-in banquette created a cozy place to gather over morning coffee, shared meals, and conversations that lingered a little longer.

Each bathroom in was designed with its own purpose and personality in mind.

We gave one a playful spirit with sunny yellow and a bold pattern, brought a more tailored sensibility to another, and filled the third with soft botanicals and garden-inspired color. While each room told a slightly different story, we carried the same love of color, pattern, and storied details throughout.

Even the smallest rooms deserve a little charm of their own.
