Warehouse Manager – Flooring Company
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Manager to join our flooring company. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and can be trusted to manage our warehouse operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
● Manage and organize warehouse inventory
● Load and unload flooring materials
● Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
● Make local deliveries using a company vehicle
● Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
● Prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery
● Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
● Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
● Work closely with the sales and installation teams to ensure jobs are prepared on time
Requirements:
● Previous warehouse experience (flooring or building materials preferred)
● Forklift experience (certification is a plus)
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Ability to lift heavy flooring materials
● Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills
● Dependable, punctual, and reliable
● Honest, trustworthy, and self-motivated
● Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
● Ability to provide excellent work references
