Our neighbor and buddy Danielle of dropped off more of her awesome bags yesterday and I wanted to show you some in action! She brought us a selection of the Forager cross body bags - seen here being used for clamming by Justin’s dad! - as well as the Market totes in 2 sizes. I think these bags are so functional and chic, it’s like the whole “from day to night” thing but instead it’s “from clamming to the farmers market!” or something like that 😂 (gonna keep workshopping that one). Anyways they’re durable, made of reclaimed products, and look cool - what more could you want?! Come see them in person today until 4:00 and tomorrow 10-2 or let us know if you want one shipped to you.

Hi folks, just a heads up that our hours will be slightly different this coming week! We will be OPEN Thurs, Sat + Sun 10-4 and CLOSED Friday May 1st. Also, our buddy and fellow nehalemite is joining the WCG Crew and will be filling in behind the counter now and then! This will be her first official weekend as shop gal, so please give her a warm welcome if you come in (and be patient as she continues to learn the ropes!). Ok that’s all, hope to see you in the shop soon!

Here’s a few little snippets that caught my eye around the shop on this sunny Saturday! New work on the wall, jewels I’m coveting, new planters + plants on the deck (!), fresh garlands in the windows, beautiful Deb Dewitt paintings, and a painting on wood that was giving me a giggle today. (Swipe to the end for the quilt jacket my buddy made me looking so perfect on our chartreuse door😍)

The lovely dropped off a little batch of colorful ceramics at the shop this past weekend and I’m obsessed! We’ve got a batch of candle holders which fit our dripless candles perfectly, and 3 new mug designs including these beautiful fern mugs in 2 colors.🌿 We also still have her endlessly useful bowl plates (blates?) in a handful of colors and a few other assorted things (Not pictured here). It’s so fulfilling to us to support artists while bringing you beautiful, useful objects like these.
