Hi, I’m Melanie, but you can call me Auntie M! My love for baking started many years ago and has grown into a true passion. When I moved to New Hampshire a year and a half ago, I decided to take a sourdough starter course—and it was a game changer! That class sparked a deep dive into th

e incredible world of sourdough, and I haven’t looked back since. I thrive on creating unique flavor combinations that bring joy to every bite. My menu is constantly evolving as I explore new ideas and inspirations, ensuring there’s always something fresh and exciting to try.
