These clients in Napa sent these pictures recently after 15 years appreciating the piece I made for them and all the comments and compliments they continue to get. Hand made art gives you pleasure every day, the way the shadows reflect in the day and night changes and it takes on a life of its own as you walk buy and notice it. The subtlety and and nuance of natural materials seem to have a connection to Divinity that lives on. I still remember the day I installed a piece and a connection and bond happens with the clients. In this case a fun conversation about where to put it, how high who the architect was and etc. This adds to their felt experience as it does to mine. I wouldn’t trade these moments for anything!

Handmade art gives you pleasure every day. These clients sent me these pictures after 15 years of getting compliments and remembering the day we installed as did I. The way the shadows are cast in the day and at night, the warmth and texture that greet you as you see the piece on passing are all value added when the art is made for you and there is a face and spirit to go along with the product. I think of different clients often and the process we went through to make the art happen. Like a big family of spirit minded people who value subtlety and nature. So fun and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

Natural materials art adds an intangible feeling and meditative quality to an interior. They slow the pace of the space. Feng Shui is added the moment it’s hung. You can’t know it till you see it and feel it in place. It’s what I love to do. naturalmaterialsarebeautiful

This house is super modern so natural art brings a much needed connection to offset the hard edges of modern straight wall homes. Pretty simple and necessary.

Contributing art to people’s lives is so rewarding. Nothing I would rather do than harvest, create, and install an original wall art sculpture or light fixture. We become part of a synchronicity and magical process from the beginning and onward…..so fun!
