We had our Meet and Greet for introduction to Pathways to HOPE support group on August 15th with 5 attending.
We talked about "Reframing Relapse" from Chapter 9 and talking about the roadblocks and pitfalls that keep us from walking into our dreams and visions of what recovery is to each of us.
Comments made on evaluation of the meeting forms were:
I really liked the poem and could identify with it from my own experience.
I love your passion and your confidence in the Pathways to Hope program - sharing your own story and recovery process does give people hope and encouragement, and that can make a world of difference.
I would recommend the group to others.
I would attend take the workshop again.
I found self-worth in me.
Hearing other stories and open thoughts allowed.
