Demo day at the new Fontaine’s Furniture showroom. 🔨

Today, we’re knocking down 10 different walls and completely opening up what used to be a maze of rooms.

It might look like a construction zone right now, but every wall coming down is making room for the vision we’ve had for this place — a bigger, better showroom with more furniture, more selection, and more space to actually experience it all.

There’s still a lot of work ahead, but this is where the transformation really starts.

Follow along as we turn this old retail space into the new home of Fontaine’s Furniture. 🛋️

BehindTheScenes

Day 1 of turning our new retail space into Fontaine’s Furniture is officially complete! 🎨

We started with the exterior—fresh white brick, dark accents, and, of course, a touch of Fontaine’s yellow. Seeing the building finally start to look like the store we’ve been imagining is pretty surreal.

The outside may be painted, but there’s still plenty of work ahead. Follow along as we transform this empty space into the new Fontaine’s Furniture showroom!

I may have made a terrible financial decision. 😅

I bought an office building… and gave myself 8 weeks to turn it into Fontaine’s Furniture.

Ten walls to knock down. An exterior to paint. A whole lot to figure out.

Will we be ready by early November? Follow along and find out. 🔨

New couch, new rec room. 🛋️

We delivered this USA-made sofa to a customer in Wauwatosa, hauled away their old one, and got it set up in their basement rec room. They loved it from start to finish.

USA-made furniture, honest prices, and a team that actually cares. From our family to Wisconsin families.

At 16, I had a pretty crazy idea…

I was going to open a furniture store of my own.

Five years later, that idea became Fontaine’s Furniture.

And now, at 21, we’ve officially outgrown our first location. So we’re doing it again — just a little bigger this time.

Over the next 8 weeks, we’re turning an office building into the new Fontaine’s Furniture.

Walls coming down. Paint going up. A whole new showroom coming together.

And we’re documenting the entire thing from start to finish.

Same furniture. Same people. Same service. SAME fast delivery

Just a whole lot more of it.
